Draft Amending Regulations on Extraction Solvents

Following the adoption in October 1997 of an amending Directive to Directive 88/344 on the use of extraction solvents used in the production of foodstuffs and food ingredients, draft implementing regulations have now been circulated. They will amend the Extraction Solvents in Food Regulations 1993.

Comments on the draft amending Regulations should be submitted by 31 July 1998.
