Quantitative Ingredient Declarations ('QUID'): Guidance Notes

In response to consultation letters of the 22 January and 17 March, the Ministry has revised the guidance notes and has now circulated a new version for information. A copy has also been sent to the European Commission.

It is understood that EC member states will meet for a further discussion about the application of QUID on 7 July. Following that meeting, there may be consultation on further amendments to the UK's guidance.
