POLICY - Speech by Deirdre Hutton: "An appetite for risk, or a taste for regulation?"

Food colourings, BSE and salt were some of the food risks discussed by Deirdre Hutton, the Agency's Chair, when she helped to launch the 2nd Annual Conference on Regulation, Inspection and Improvement in Cambridge this week.
