SPECIAL DIETARY FOODS - Working Documents: Food Intended for Infants and Young Children, Food for Special Medical Purposes and Total Diet Replacement for Weight Control

The Department of Health has circulated the following documents which are all on the agenda for the next Expert Working Group meeting on 18 February 2015:

• WORKING DOCUMENT on the adoption of a delegated Regulation on food for special medical purposes pursuant to Article 11(1) of Regulation (EU) No 609/2013
• WORKING DOCUMENT on the adoption of a delegated Regulation on infant formula and follow-on formula pursuant to Article 11(1) of Regulation (EU) No 609/2013
• WORKING DOCUMENT on the adoption of a delegated Regulation on processed cereal-based food and baby food pursuant to Article 11(1) of Regulation (EU) No 609/2013
