HGYIENE - Council conclusions on the Commission's Report

The following is an extract from the minutes of the Agriculture Council Meeting on 20 November 2009:

The Council adopted conclusions on a Report from the Commission to the Council and the European Parliament on the experience gained from the application of the so called “Hygiene Package” [comprising Hygiene Regulations Regulations (EC) No 852/2004, (EC) No 853/2004 and (EC) No 854/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004] set out in document 14299/09 + 14299/09 ADD 1.
